The Grand River Community Health Centre (GRCHC) provides community-based primary health care and pursues wellness, health promotion, and community development initiatives in Brantford and the County of Brant.

 

Mission

GRCHC provides innovative primary health care, health promotion and community development as part of an integrated system of quality care, while helping our clients and community members to enhance their own health and wellbeing.

GRCHC provides LGBT2Q+ specific programs and support groups to the queer community in the Brantford area, specifically Gender Journey Brant and Gender Journey Brant Youth
