LGBT2Q+ 101: History, Terms and Phrases
LGBT2Q+ 101 is an introductory workshop to set the foundation of an LGBT2Q+ inclusive culture. This workshop establishes a consistent LGBT2Q+ terms and phrases that everyone can use (from a place of understanding).
In this workshop you'll explore some key dates in the history of LGBT2Q+ rights in Canada, become more confident with terminology and vocabulary associated with LGBT2Q+ identities, and gain an understanding of the distinctions between sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression.
